Pitco Frialator: Model: 24FFSS gas type donut fryer, 150 000 BTU, 150 lbs min. grease capacity, unit is on wheels, NSF approved, standing pilot and thermostat maintains temperature automatically at the selected temperature between 200 F - 400 F.
