Return Policy

A 25% restocking fee and freight costs will be charged for new equipment order that is cancelled after the order has shipped and for refusing or returning this order for any reason.

J&C Restaurant Equipment gives you 1 month guarantee for all our used equipment. We always double check equipment before we send to make sure everything works correctly. In case of equipment failure in period of 1 month after delivery we will fix unit for free but it is your responsibility to ship to us and pay shipping charges.

All returns must in the "Original Carton" with the "Original Packaging Material."

Reciving delivery

It is your responsibility to inspect your delivery. You must check for damage and you must check that you are receiving the exact item you ordered. When you sign the Bill of Lading, a legal document, you are accepting the delivery in good condition and you have received what you ordered. If it is damaged, refuse it.

Pricing and Shipping

Prices are subject to change without notice! We work very hard for accuracy, but with hundreds of items on the site, occasionally there will be a pricing error. We will not honor this pricing error and we will let you know about accurate price before we process the order. The same rule applies to the shipping cost.

Our shipping calculator gives estimated cost of the basic shipping service and does not include Inside delivery, Residential delivery or Lift Gate. If you need one of those services you can apply for it in "comment" edit box in order form(checkout).
